We want Pomelo Socks to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your sock order, we will do what we can to make it better.

Socks may be returned within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us, in their original condition and packaging. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.

If you have decided to exchange socks you ordered for another product on our website, place an order for the new item, then follow the steps below to return the item you'd like to return. We will process your refund as soon as we receive it.

Masks are non-refundable.

If you live in the USA and want to return your socks, please ship them back to us using any delivery service that is most convenient for you. Contact us for return shipping details.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items or items that have used a discount code cannot be refunded. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping with be deducted from your refund.
